System Manager Screens Don't come up
cross
I have Orion 7.8 installed on a XP server. I can build maps but I cannot bring up the System Manager. A screen flashes that describes the software version and says Opening Database and Loading Database but no other screens appear. I can bring up the NetPerfMon home page which shows my maps, but not the System Manager.
I tried to remove and reinstall the software but it did no good.
I see that the services are running (IIS and Solarwinds Network Performance Monitor).
Any suggestions?
Thanks

If you are monitoring many devices(me 900+ nodes and 6k int), it has to load in memory first before the mgr screen will appear. You can bring up process manager by hitting ctl+alt_del/task manager and once the memory is up to its highest level, u should start seeing screens, actually if you start the netperfmon service and wait for the service to use the memory, once it gets to a certain point u will see sys mgr screens.
Not sure if this is ur problem, cause there is not enough info.

Did you install this with admin rights? Are you running it with admin rights?
