We have a windows server where Cisco ICM applicaiton is installed. We are using Cisco SNMP agent for this and SystemobjectID is taken as of Cisco ICM. Because of this, solarwinds is not calculating the CPU and Mem for this windows server the way it usually takes it for windwos servers. I have checked and found that it has Host-resource MIB, which shows correct value. Is there any way to overcome this situation? If we can change the SystemobjectID of the node to windows sysobjectID in solarwinds this will get solved. Is there a way to do that?
