URL Monitoring Thresholds

HI,

I am going to apply URL monitoring using HTTP/HTTPS components. I have a query to understands that the response time thresholds work on minutes, seconds or milliseconds.

For example : if i put value of warning response time threshold as 300. So will it be 300 seconds, 5 minutes or 300 milliseconds.
