Can NPM create a report for ESX host and guests?

Hi, we have disabled the discovery due to scanning SAN issue (caused failure).  Is there any way to find out the new VM servers (guests) added to ESX host?  This way, I can add the new nodes to SolarWinds.  I appreciate any solution or work around suggestions.
