Getting old values in audit event alert based

Hello everyone,

I created an alert to be triggered when a another alert is triggered.

My desire is to get the user who acknoleged the alert and the ack timestamp, but the variables are returning null value.

You can see bellow me action message, with the variables i am using.

Can someone help me to figure out what wrong is happening?

Alert ${N=Alerting;M=Acknowledged} by ${N=Alerting;M=AcknowledgedBy} at ${N=Alerting;M=AcknowledgedTime;F=DateTime}

Those variables will only show you info regarding the current alert.  You would probably be better off trying to build a report against the alert histories.  It wouldnt go out as the alerts are acknowledged in real time but it can show you everything in one go for the previous day or whatever interval.
