we've recently tested NPM 10.1.3 with NTA 3.8 on SQL 2008 R2 SP1 and didn’t find any issues. I don't have information about NCM 6.1 though

I'm running NCM 6.1 on SQL 2008 SP1 for quite some time and haven't had any problems yet... YMMV of course.

i'm using NPM 10.3 and SQL Server 2008 R2 Sp1 but sometimes i must reinstalling NPM because the Web not show up. Do u think i miss something here ?

Instead of reinstalling run the Configuration Wizard against the web only.
