Interface up / down trap sending to trap server

Hi,

I'm trying to send send trap msg from NPM to trap server. I'm getting below error msg

The Orion server cannot access the Orion NCM information service. The exact error was 'There was no endpoint listening at net.tcp://10.207.135.52:17777/SW/InformationService/Cirrus/ssl that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.'

Please help me resolve this issue.

Where are you seeing that message? That should only appear if you are trying to view an NCM integration module view from the Orion website and it can't access the NCM server. I'd recommend opening a ticket with support (include reference to this post) so they can work with you to troubleshoot further.
