Filter devices for Syslog missing nodes

When we try to look at the Orion web page for Syslog in NPM 10, it is missing a large number of devices although we can see them from the Syslog viewer on the server. Also, the web based search will not seem to find any devices not an option in the Network Object field.

Anyone have any ideas on what the cause would be?

Ours had to do with us using more than one poller to collect Syslog, and the other poller's devices weren't all showing up on the application. After opening a ticket, they sent me a new syslog.exe that fixed the issue.

I have ran into that same issue with NPM 10, not seeing all the network object in the syslog web console. Have support responded back to your case? If so what did they sugggest.

I have NPM 10.4 - ORION and am noticing the same issue and we only have 1 poller. I will be opening up a case to see what they tell me and what the fix is. I will re-post for other users that also are experiencing this.
