customize syslog alert

Hi, friends, i have a trouble here, when y send syslog alerts, the timestamp of the message is not in 24 hrs format.

If Orion send an alert at 17:25:54, the timestamp in ther syslog message is in 12 hrs format, where i can change this?

Jul 01 2008 05:25:54 server-npm %OrionAlertEngine: Site1 Down

Note: the server Regional Options is in 24 hrs format
