Possible to disable Quick Start, Config Snippets, and/or Find Address pages at NCM startup?

In NCM versions past it was possible to not have the Quick Start, Config Snippets, and/or Find Address pages display at program startup. This option seems to have been removed in the last couple of versions. Is it possible to somehow stop these pages from displaying at startup?

I dont seem to have any issues with removing those panels from the dashboard. If I remember right, there was a link on the "Whats new" that let you remove it, otherwise, you could use the "Personalize" option on the main page?

I should have stated I'm referring to the executable version, not browser-based access. I too can shut panels down but they re-appear at every startup.
