unable to login to the Orion Server.

Hello,

Good Afternoon!

I have installed SWQL on my laptop. When I tried to configure the SWQL from laptop to the Solarwinds Orion Server, it was giving a connection error. Does anyone have any step-by-step process with screenshots or something of the sort?

The tool is in AWS and the DB is RDS.

Hi SowmyaGadang,

If I recall correctly (from when I first set it up myself), I had to select "Orion (v3)" as the Server Type. Also, for the Server Name field, don't include HTTP:// or HTTPS:// , just the fqdn of the server.
