everytime I set an alert action for a syslog rule(i.e., it sends an e-mail and notifies you that a syslog such as one that you specified have been received) and exits the syslog viewer settings window, and then click on settings again to edit the rule, the alert action disappears! Why does this happen? I always make sure that i click OK so that it saves the settings I made..how come the alert action disappears, unlike in the basic and advanced alerts..
