Our system admins are looking to migrate from their IP monitor installation to our NPM installation for server monitoring.
One of the key features that they request is the ability to restart a simple service on a server if it fails. They state that this is done very simply in IP Monitor. I am afraid that this simple task will not translate to NPM very easily.
Can someone explain the process of monitoring a service and restarting it if it stops using NPM? Thanks.
