Planned downtime Scheduling

Is there a way to build in planned downtime in the availability reports? for Solarwinds to be approved for use to monitor our servers I have to be able to be able to somehow input scheduled downtime into the reports I run for our server SLA Tiers.

Our current monitoring tool is VERY time consuming I would absolutely love to be able to transition to solarwinds.

There are a few different ways to handle this in Orion today. The simplest method is to add date/time filter exclusions to any historical report as pictured below.

The other method, which is more flexible is to use the Unmanage Scheduling Utility to unmanage nodes/applications/etc during their maintenance windows on a reoccurring basis. If these nodes/applications/etc are down during their maintenance periods it does not count against their availability.
