database schema identical: Warning

Hello,

I am having a problem with adding nodes to NPM v11.0.1. I have tried reinstalling the core services and running database maintenance, but no luck. I run the active diagnostics utility, and I get a warning error for the database comparison and installation files verification. Does anyone have any suggestions?
