I'm wondering if there are any issues with installing Win2k3 SP1 with Orion version 7.5.

7.5 is running fine on my server with Win2k3 SP1.

Don't think so - I've been running on SP1 for a while with no issues.
I recently upgraded to v7.8 also and it seems tp perform better - I think in part due to the polling engine changes.
