Multiple Authentication Failure traps in Trap Viewer

In Trap Viewer, one particular server seems to be sending authentication failure traps every second or two. No such problem shows up in the logs to that server. The SNMP settings on both the Orion side and the server side seem to be correct, and SNMP queries seem to be succeeding in general.

Do I need to delete this node and re-add it? It's making the trap viewer rather hard to use.

It's not obvious what the problem is. If you delete the node you'll lose your history. Is that acceptable?

I'd like to avoid that if I could... I'm just not sure what else to try at this point.

Have you been able to determine from the traps received which device is causing your server to generate these traps?

Yes, we know what device is causing it. The server itself doesn't seem to be showing any errors though. Could it be SNMP failures, or does it sound like the server is getting many, many failed logins?
