Dear..
How Can I Import maps inside Maps..please HELP !!!
I may not fully understand your question.
If you are wanting to embed or nest a map in another map from within the Map Maker you can drag and drop any one of the maps at the top of the list of objects in the left hand frame just as you would any of the network objects. The key point here is valid map objects are monitored nodes, interfaces, or other maps created in Map Maker.
If you are wanting to import map backgrounds in Map Maker, you can right-click on a blank map background and choose "Background Image" and browse to your desired background image. You can also copy an image (putting it in your clipboard) and right-click on a blank background then choose "Paste Special" and paste custom graphics in as a background or object.
If this does not answer your question, please give further details of what you are trying to do.
Regards,
SAM
Thanks Sam for the Reply..I understood your Comment..All I want that.. if I had Maps with some nodes..one of the nodes have nodes inside this node..so..If I have map on some place and I want to Nest this map to a Big Map..so If I clicked on a node it will give me another map..is this possible?..if it is not ..you answerd me well..thanks and Good Luck
It is absolutely possible to nest a map in a higher level map. When using Map Maker, first create your lower level map - the map that has your nodes on it - like a network closet or rack. Then create the higher level map that you want to nest into - such as a building map (or whatever). Drag the first map from the left-hand side onto the building map on the right-hand side. Change the icon, add a label, or whatever you like to make it more accessible and you are off and running.
Let me know if you have further questions. Best of luck.
Thanks Sam..you helped me well..and I will try this way..best wishes
