Auto poller tuning

If it all possible it would be nice if Orion would automatically tune itself depending on the # of elements it needs to poll and take into consideration polling intervals and such. Unless we are proactive if we add a bunch of items the tuning stays the same and may cause gaps. It would be nice if you got an email saying current polling is X but we recommend Y and you can go into Orion and check something off for Orion to make the change and restart the service.
