Add "world/local" news page or snippet of updates to a page?

Is it possible to add an RSS feed or "top news" stories to a web page within Orion?

I want to take maybe the top 10 headlines from the news, security news, or Patch info from web pages and put them in a page within orion.

Is that possible?

Yes.  Use the Custom HTML resource.  It will let you call any web page.
