Agent connected to agent Management Server but provision has failed, error Code [0x3eb] - Cannot complete this function

Hello, I have several computers with the agent installed that are getting the following errors, but I also have several computers with the agent installed that all just fine. I cannot seem to find any different about any of them. The error at the bottom of the Orion Agents Settings screen states "" Agent connected to agent Management Server but provision has failed, error Code [0x3eb] - Cannot complete this function "" Does anybody have a clue on this one?

I know this topic is a bit old, but have you been able to resovle this issue ?

No I never did recieve a response here or when I asked directly. It did seem to work a little better when I upgraded to newest version, but I still had some computers with the same issue.

Disappointing that this was never answered. Got an agent failing with the same message.

did u try installing agent manually from the device end? it may work..
