Application monitor appears deleted

There is an application monitor that I can not find. I suspect that it's been deleted but I've gone through the logs to find out, nothing was found. In the SAM Settings, I've gone through every link and the only thing I can find, the assigned to nodes but not the original. I want to modify the original but I can only see and get to the 'Application monitor on ServerName'.

In the Assigned Application Monitor list, all of the names of the application monitor, it has a red ! on them. I would really like to find the who deleted, sure this is what's happened. I can see in the AuditingEvents table I can see the 305 events for when all the servers were assigned this monitor but nothing else.

Any thoughts or help?

Yes, started with that. There is also a report for activity that was created, extended that time range as well to try and find. That's where I got into finding the DB table for Auditing, figured go right to the source but no luck there.

Other than now looking for the table of application monitors, I guess that would verify deleted but won't show the offender. I have learned some about Orion but I by no means would call myself an expert at mining data.
