Can't ping IP Address

Hello,

I want to add 2 Tomra vending machines and I am using Status Only: ICMP. Solarwinds can;t find these machines not when I add them manual and not when I add them with Network Discovery.

I can send a ping from the Solarwinds machine without any problems and I can open a html page.

So the machine is on-line, but Solarwinds thinks it's not.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Have you tried adding them using ICMP and waiting?  I've done this and it's showed down initially and came up within 5 minutes.
