How to add date to last Month 95th percentile report?

I have a scheduled job to create the 95th percentile report for the last month and to email it to several people, however the report does not include the date's for the report.

Is there a way to have the StartDate/EndDate of the report show? It's part of the SQL query, just don't know how it can be printed on the page.

This would be awesome. I've had more than one customer request this ability and have been unable to deliver. Even a time stamp on the file would help or maybe be able to include a SQL variable in the subtitle field that populates at report runtime.
