ESX Server not showing IP / Green Bubble on Some VM's

Hi,

Really as topic.  We have just bought Orion NPM and are using 9.1 SP4.

It shows all the VM's on the server but on some it shows a little green bubble (obvioiusly status) and IP.  However on the majority it does not show this information (even though they are on the same server) we have 3 ESX Servers in HA mode.  It's the same on all three servers.

Any ideas?

If the Guest isn't monitored by NPM you will not get the status information.  Go to System Manage and add the guest to Orion.
