Modifying Home Page View to Include 'Applications with problems'

I would like to include the Resource 'Applications with Problems', from the APM Summary page on the Orion Home page but cannot find it in the list of Resources when editing the Network Summary Page.  Where can the Resource 'Applications with problems' and where are the rest of the resources listed? be found

So if you add Applications by Current Status to your Network Summary Home page and then once you do that and are on Network Summary Home, edit that resource and you change the title and select all the check boxes except up.  That will match what you are wanting.
