For the sake of posting this question in this forum, I had to add a space in between the variables since I was receiving this error message Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. I created a copy of the Out of the box alert for and slightly tweaked it for be 10% rather 5% Below is what I receive (obviously the "X" denotes the system information and volume label) what is the in bold is what it supposed to display but isn't.
Email subject line: There is less than 10% available free space on volume $ { Full Name } *Node name variable not functioning
Volume $ { FullName }:
Total size $ { Volume Size }
Free space $ { Volume Space Available }
Percent used $ { Volume Percent Used}

However when I manually test this very same alert against either the same node or different node, I get the result that I am expecting (see below) this also displays correctly on the simulation.
