How to get Real-Time Event Log Viewer

Hi, We have SAM v2020 v2.1 and have added many servers to our environment. In the picture below you can see we haven't got an option of Real-Time Event Viewer, how do we get this option please? Many thanks & Regards Steve

The event viewer is controlled in the user settings under SAM, are you an admin there?
