Looking for some guidance here. Our SAM monitors seem to be struggling to keep up on poll times, they are all about 1 hour behind.
I currently have an open case with SW #380905 and we are struggling to pin point an exact root cause, this is a production environment and it wasn't an issue with the initial release of SAM 5.0. We have two environments East/West, the West Coast is only on SAM 5.0 and we are not seeing any issues there.
Everything appears to be fine on the initial poll, and the monitors aren't going over an hour without updating. I am at a loss at this point
SQL Compact DB files have been replaced, restarted services, upgraded to SAM 5.2 as suggested by support, but we are still seeing the same results.
