Historical Disk Space Usage

I am looking for a way to create a historical usage report that would give me the following information:

Server, volume size, space used, space available and percent available.

This should be broken down by month for the last year.

Anyone know how to get it? It seems pretty basic and should be available without any customization. Thanks.

Looking from the database,Volumes table has all the information which you want to be on the report.However you want to be broken down for each month in last year.Here is the challenge.

-The data from the VolumeUsage_daily stats table needs to be used.And then,the daily to monthly data conversion for each month needs to be done.

So we need to use Advance SQL option while creating a New report to get this started.Basically a custom SQL has to be written.
