Can Cisco ACS & Orion NPM/NCM co-exist on the same server?

All,

I recently discovered that attempting to run CiscoSecure ACS for Windows in a Hyper-V virtual server doesn't work very well when attempting to authorize and authenticate against TACACS+! My Orion box is more than capable of handleing the extra "load" of ACS, just wanted to make sure that they would play well together.

We are running our ACS 4.2 servers in Hyper-V with no problems, and have been for some time. What's happening with yours?

I get authen failed Key mismatch... now I've verified the keys on both my switch, and ACS 4.2(0) Build 124 Patch 15 multiple times... I've even had the Hyper-V admin dedicate a physical NIC to the ACS virtual server, still no luck.... Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated as I've wasted hours on this!
