A quick and potentially stupid question, apologies if so.
Was updating our Orion servers this week, CPU, Ram and Swapsizes and noticed the following setting.

I noted that our 2012 servers were all set to Adjust for Programs, our newer 2016 servers set to Adjust for Background Services.
This was followed by an argument with our server team giving different views but the following quote got copied in:
In the Processor Scheduling panel, you have the following options:
Programs Use this option to give the active application the best response time and the greatest share of available resources. Generally, you’ll want to use this option only on development servers or when you are using Windows Server 2012 as your desktop operating system.
Background Services Use this option to give background applications a better response time than the active application. Generally, you’ll want to use this option for production servers.
Keyword there being Production Servers.
How do you set yours and has anyone noticed a benefit?
Thank you for your consideration
Dave
