Scheduled Report Won't Run

Hi,

I am having issues with a scheduled report. It has been working fine for a couple of months. For what seems like no reason it stopped working. The error I get is below. I did what the error suggested and the report passes the credntials through the URL successfully and loads the report.

Anyone have any ideas?

Did you ever resolve this? I'm getting the same error after updating Windows Server 2003 SP 2.

I created a local orion account called report. then gave it admin access.

Here's where I'm at: Case #543514 as of 11-07 at 11:43, we're getting this error ("FAIL: Failed to convert Url url/report name .... 401:The requested resoure requires user authenticiation. This is an error returned by the Web server, not by the HTML to PDF converter. Please try to visit the same Url with your brownser to verify whether the Url is valid.") in the OrionWebPdf.log file after a Windows patch, security updates, and .Net Framework 2.0 and 3.0 had some service packs installed. IIS is setup to run anomymously as *********. The FIX is to install NPM 10.6. (We haven't installed this yet, so I cannot confirm this solution yet. Also, we do have a local orion account, but it is NOT in the admin group.)

Try giving it administrator rights.
