8.5.1 fixup

We were having a lot of problems with the 8.5.1 SP fix....

So we exported the WWW, uninstalled everything, deleted the \solarwinds directory, re-installed using the 8.5.1 code pack, pointed back to the same DB

Now everything's working just great.

Just FWIW, worked for us.
