Change/Disable/Modify Default Hardware Events

Question

Some places in our network have some power issues where devices frequently go offline and come back up again.

When this happens we are flooded with event log messages like:

"Hardware health monitoring on [NODE] is up"

"Hardware type Temperature of hardware health monitoring on [NODE] is up"

"Hardware sensor SW#1, Sensor#1, GREEN of hardware health monitoring on [NODE] is up"

"Hardware health monitoring on [NODE] is undefined"

etc...

Where do these hardware alerts 'live'? How can I customize them and add/remove conditions to trigger them?

I should note that they are not alerts defined in the "Alert Manager". They appear to be default notifications that trigger when using Hardware Health Monitoring. I'm aware of how to create my own custom hardware alerts using the Alert Manager, but I'd like to know about these default alerts and how to change/disable them.

I had a similar Issue where devices were polling as unknown for hardware problems.  My fix was enabling Hardware sensors.
Settings>All Settings>Manage Hardware Sensors

This could also be an issue of the improper MIB being used for hardware sensors 
Settings>All Settings>Polling Settings
Ensure the proper MIB is selected for your environment under "Hardware Health Polling".  If Cisco "CISCO-ENVMON-MIB"

Unless it's a bug, I'm confident it isn't.

"Hardware component is in warning or critical state" is turned off, and I don't even have the "Chassis sensor is in warning or critical state" alert in my Alert Manager. I've checked using the search bar, and by individually looking through each entry, but it is definitely not there. For reference, I'm using NPM 12.4.
