Can we auto update Node Notes section when Node get down based on who acknowledge that node down alert.
It looks like there's no built-in alert action that's capable of updating the Notes section for a node object.
One option you may want to explore is via the Orion SDK / PowerOrion module where you or your Windows admins can compose a custom-built PowerShell script that will perform some sort an update like what you were aiming to do.
