Email Sent / Received Over Time Period

Hey there,

I'm trying to get a total number of emails sent / received over a period of 30 days from each Exchange server.  Is that possible? Also, what other kind of reporting capabilities do I have for things like this? For example, internal only emails, external only, etc. I have the AppInsight template running on our systems, and we are on 2020.2.
