Custom Poller Question

I am trying to use the Enumeration function in a custom poller and have been able to create a map that say "0" displays the text value "Good". How would I add a new line that says "1" displays the text value "Failed"? Maybe I am missing somthing here but I do not see an option to add additional map entries.

Any help is appreciated.
