View active Cisco Anyconnect sessions

I was wondering if there was a way to pull the data from the ASA that will show all the active Cisco Anyconnect sessions? Viewing this information on the ASA itself is cumbersome. The only thing I can see right now in SAM is the number of sessions with the 'Cisco ASA VPN Tunnels'. Thanks in advance for any input!

I do have it configured in NPM with the CLI credentials, I just wasn't seeing everything I wanted to see about the clients connected. I did find a way to add the OIDS of the things I wanted to see with a Universal Device Poller though. I have never used SAM before and while browsing through it, there was an application label 'Cisco ASA VPN Tunnels', so I thought I might get more info from it, but I really didn't. Thanks for your help!

I thought the Network Insight for Cisco ASA firewalls did something like this, which is part of NPM, not SAM. A bit confused by you saying that you can see some things in SAM in the original posting in general as it should deal with servers, not firewalls like this.

You will need to configure it properly in NPM, including putting in CLI credentials I believe. You can have support help you out on this if you're not sure how.

It might not do Anyconnect sessions, but they do say it gives visibility into VPN tunnels?

Howdy,

I was able to get this done by creating a custom chart on the dashboard. I set the data set to ASA Firewalls. When you add the data series Select VPN RA Detail. You should be able to see Active Session and Active Users. Your active users will be the count of your current active anyconnect users. I hope this helps!

Is there a way that I can pull this data into a monthly report?
