NPM individual polling rates low but overall polling rate high

Hi;

The separately listed values for HARDWARE HEALTH POLLING RATE , FIBRE CHANNEL POLLING RATE, ROUTING POLLING RATE, WIRELESS POLLING RATE, WIRELESS HEAT MAP POLLING RATE , VIM HYPER-V POLLING RATE, VIM VMWARE POLLING RATE are all low or zero, yet the overall Polling rate is high. :

As you can see above, the total of the sub-rates is 15%, not 127% . So what is going on?

Closely related, I need to see exactly what the real-time polling values are, seeing how we are getting a warning that the intervals have been increased. Which intervals and by how much?

I need to know exactly what the increased intervals are. Been searching for days and can't find where that is listed.
