Where do I turn off logging?

I have a file called isapi_log_config.log that grows by leaps and bounds. I know we were using it for diagnosing problems awhile back but no longer.

What file do I modifiy to kill it and keep it from coming back?

Orion 8.5.1 SP3

There is a tread on this here:

It looks like you can just stop IIS and delete the "C:\Solarwinds_Logging" folder.
