How i can identify the service Down and service not installed using SAM template in windows servers ??
It is usually the name of the component.
This is a 2 part question.
To know if a service is down you first need to be monitoring it with SAM.

Once you are monitoring the service SW will determine status - Up, Down, not running, etc.
There is no way to determine what services are not installed. SW is not smart enough at present to know what services are not installed.
How would SW know what services are not installed? SW would have to somehow mind-read the admin to know if certain services are not installed because from the machine perspective how would SW know this info?
SW only sees what services are installed and running.
The service control manager will show all services installed.
