Help with alert.

I configured a simple alert for high CPU usage on servers. It's set to trigger whenever CPU usage is higher then 80%. However it doesn't trigger when that happens, but when the CPU usage is back to normal i get a reset message. Any clues on how i can get it to send me the alert message? All the settings are ok i checked everything 10 times, and i know its just a simple alert but it just don't seem to work ok.

Can you post how your alert trigger is currently configured?

The trigger condition is like this:
Trigger Alert when all of the folowing apply
Node name contains Word
CPU Load is greater then or equal to 75
It's set to trigger after the trigger condition exists for 10 minutes.
