Error 500 to try access the browser

Guys, i need help

Solarwinds restart the server this morning due to a VPN problem. Once rebooted could no longer put the Solar Winds in the air. All services are running but only get the error 500 when you call the browser.

Now running Configurtion wizar but I i like if more infomration anout this problem.
