If you're an Orion APM customer with current maintenance, you should now be able to download APM 3.5 Release Candidate from your customer portal.
Please note that APM 3.5 requires NPM 10.0. See this post for NPM 10.0 RC details.

Remember, the RC is fully supported so you should open a ticket with customer support for any issues.
We'd also request that describe your upgrade experience in a post in the APM RC forum. This is also a good place to find out how other customers' experiences have been with the upgrade process.

Best Time to Upgrade:
You have full access to support and we’ll be continuously monitoring thwack, so you may upgrade at any time. Having said that, we’ve got more dev coverage during the morning hours (8am-noon US Central) so if you upgrade during that time frame we’ll likely be able to respond more quickly in case you run into any issues.
