The Log Parser (Perl) template may be a good fit for you. Create a copy of that template and enter the values you are looking for.

How long does the "initial poll" usually takes? I've been seeing this "initial poll in progress" quite so long, although when i hit the test button i'm getting the result successful. Component status still "unknown".
i tried to do restart on all the services and somehow all the unknown status are gone. i think im good for now. thanks.
