All Nodes - Tree (AJAX) not rolling up an interface down to top level.

Hi,

Having just purchased NPM I have found a slight quirk that I can't seem to resolve.

I have a number of cisco devices all being polled via SNMP. I am finding that if a monitored interface that was discovered through Network Sonar Discovery goes into a down state this isn't being propogated to the root of the tree.

Grouped by location (discovered by SNMP location).

Location 1

Switch 1

Interface 1 is down

I get the alert at the switch 1 level but not rolled up to location 1.

I have tried Status Rollup Mode set to both Mixed Status shows warning and show worst status but neither make any difference.
