Thresholds not working

Hey guys and gals, I am having an issue getting my proxy servers to report memory utilization. I am using the BluecoatMemoryUsage custom poller with the warning set at 70% and critical at 90%.

To test reporting I set the warning threshold to 10% and the status dot stays green even though the proxy mem usage is about 40%.

Can someone please explain like I'm 5 what I need to check.

I DID make sure the OID was good and tested it from the server and it checks good.

UnDP threshold breech does not affect node status directly, but can be visualized in other ways. HolyGuacamole‌ gives a good run down of options here:Custom Poller Thresholds doesn't affect node status

New in 11.5 is a Alert Action that allows you to manually set Node Status. This could also be a good option.
