Does Not See Installed SQL CLR Types

They are installed but the installation fails every time. Suggestion? Install also refers to a dead URL http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=116207

Thanks for the screen shot! I haven't encountered this issue before, therefore I wonder if steps from your link helped or if the issue still persist?

The steps in that link did not help. I can't find any of those sub-installers anywhere.
