Hi,
Our customer reported this error that they observed in the Alerts tab.
I also tried testing the Alerts but it failed to send the alert via e-mail. Tried creating a new alert but to no avail. Until now their Alerts is not working even via email or WEB.
I have tried opening a case for this but haven't received any reply from Solarwinds.
Anyone else who have experienced this?Help please.Thanks!
